Pomegranate Dressing

I make all my own dressings. And it’s not because I just want to be able to say that (although, it feels pretty good to say I do😉), it’s because the store dressings just lack.

they’re loaded with gums, fillers, cheap oils, and gut-triggering ingredients like onion and garlic powder.

Plus, making flavor packed dressings and sauces is one of the easiest ways to elevate your food.

Endless flavor combinations, endless options = never get bored.

Pomegranate Dressing

  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice

  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • Salt + pepper to taste

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix really well.

  2. Keep stored in the fridge for several days of yummier salads!
