As healthy dessert developer, I get really excited when a recipe works out to be even better than the original versions in texture and flavor!
These are 3 of my favorite, strongest healthy dessert recipes. I am honored to share them with you in hopes they become as much of treasured parts of your baking moments, as they are in my kitchen. ♥️☺️

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
refined sugar free, gluten free

Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 egg
½ cup melted butter
¾ cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 ¼ cup almond flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ½ bars quality dark chocolate, chopped
MAKE IT
In a bowl, mix egg with coconut sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and heavy cream, mix.
Add cooled butter in and mix again.
Add in all dry ingredients and mix.
Add chopped chocolate, and fold in to mix.
Chill the dough (VERY IMPORTANT STEP!) for at least one hour or overnight for best results!
Preheat oven to 375. Using a cookie scoop, add cookie dough mounds to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 9 to 11 minutes depending on your oven. You want them to look a little under-done because they will finish baking as they cool on the counter!
Enjoy 🙂
