COOKIE DOUGH BALLS

A foundational sweet treat recipe of mine that myself, SF + my toddlers also enjoy so much, are these gluten and refined sugar free cookie dough balls!

COOKIE DOUGH BALLS

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1/3 cup cacao nibs or mini dark chocolate chips.

  • 5-6 dates, chopped small

  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder (you may need to up the maple or honey to 1 tbsp to account for the extra dry ingredients!)

MAKE IT

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.

  2. Form into balls and freeze for at least an hour before enjoying.

  3. Keep frozen.
