4 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup almond butter (could also use pb to make them pb cookies!)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (this amount makes a delicately sweet cookie, use 1/3 cup if you like your cookies a little sweeter.

  • 1 egg

  • Chocolate chips (as many as you like)

MAKE IT:

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

2. Place in fridge for 30 min (not necessary but makes for a better texture!)

3. Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

4. Using a fork, press them down to flatten. These cookies don’t spread much while baking. I like to make a crisscross pattern with a fork like in the video.

5. Bake for 9 minutes. They will be delicate when you first get them out of the oven, they’ll harden up a little as they cool so they’re easier to handle. Enjoy 😋🍪
