Spicy Tuna Boats
Balanced with protein, fiber, and fat, these spicy tuna boats are a fun and easy healthy snack or lunch.
Ingredients
handful of sweet baby peppers, washed
1 can tuna
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp hot sauce
½ teaspoon dried dill
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon celery seed (optional but nice!)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds from inside.
mix all tuna filling ingredients in a bowl.
spoon in mixture to baby pepper halves
enjoy!
