Spicy Tuna Boats

Balanced with protein, fiber, and fat, these spicy tuna boats are a fun and easy healthy snack or lunch.

Ingredients

  • handful of sweet baby peppers, washed

  • 1 can tuna

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

  • ½ teaspoon dried dill

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon celery seed (optional but nice!)

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds from inside.

  2. mix all tuna filling ingredients in a bowl.

  3. spoon in mixture to baby pepper halves

  4. enjoy!
