CHEESY PROTEIN PANCAKES

Starting the day with high protein meals sets you up to feel your best throughout the day.

This is a super easy, forgiving recipe for pancakes that are high in protein, cheesy in the best way, and taste amazing with warmed jam drizzled on top. I like using my blueberry chia jam, but whatever you love will work!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein pancake mix

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • ½ cup milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet on med/high with a little butter or oil spray.

  2. Add batter, flip when the top bubbles.

  3. Top with warm jam 🙂
