BLUEBERRY CHIA JAM

What’s healthy about this recipe?

Frozen blueberries are high in antioxidants, and contain fiber. Chia seeds have all essential amino acids, contain protein and fiber.

Easily made in one pot, in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add all ingredients and simmer until bubbly.

  2. if you want the blueberries more smashed, you can do it while simmering with a fork or spoon!

  3. Let cool and store in the fridge.
