I donโt measure when I make rice.
I pour soaked and drained rice in a pot, add liquid until it JUST covers the rice, you want the liquid to go over the rice, but just barely. Then I set it to boil. Once it starts boiling, I turn it down to low and cover it until all the liquid is absorbed.
Itโs my super easy, no fuss way of having the PERFECT rice every single time!
