apple pie roll ups

give me all the cozy vibes in the easiest way possible.

I’m feeling like it’s Fall with these cooking in my kitchen. These roll ups taste just like apple pie, but way easier!

They’re healthier because they’re made with almond flour tortillas so it cuts way down on the carbs of a pie, and we use coconut sugar so there’s no refined sugar.

Honestly if this and an apple pie were in front of me at the same time, I’d grab one of these. They’re really yummy!

Apple pie roll ups

  • almond flour tortillas

  • 2 ½ cups finely chopped apples (this was about 3 apples for me)

  • ¼ cup coconut sugar (use ½ cup if you like it sweeter)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

  • ¼ cup orange or mandarin juice

  • 2 tbsp grassfed butter

make it
  1. Add chopped all ingredients except the tortillas to a nonstick pan with butter and cook on medium heat until apples are softened. Stir several times so it doesn’t stick!

  2. Heat tortillas on each side for a few seconds in pan with a little butter.

  3. Fill tortillas with 2 tbsp of the apple pie mix and roll up. Enjoy 🙂
