PROTEIN BOWL DRESSING

I love to make this dressing for my high protein grain bowls. It’s super easy, nourishing, and tastes great with any protein I’m using. It’s a good back pocket recipe!

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1/2 cup green yogurt

  • 1 tbsp stone ground mustard

  • Salt + pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh)

MAKE IT
