CREAMCICLE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY MOCKTAIL

Like a healthy, spicy creamsicle, this anti-inflammatory mocktail is so good!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup turmeric juice

  • juice of 1 lime

  • ½ cup Squeezed Juice immunity blend (or your own juice made with carrot, ginger and orange. see notes)

  • ¼ cup Coconut milk

  • sea salt and shaved turmeric for rimming glass

Instructions

  1. To a glass, add ice, immujity blend, and turmeric.

  2. In a separate cup, add coconut milk and froth until thick.

  3. top juice with coconut whip and stir to combine.

  4. enjoy fresh!

Notes

  1. option 1 (if you have a juicer): juice 1 carrot, 1 orange, and 1 inch piece of ginger. Add this to your glass in place of the immunity blend above.

    option 2 (if you don’t have a juicer): If making your own juice, blend 1 carrot, 1 orange, and 1 inch piece of ginger in a high speed blender with a little water to get it to blend, and then strain.
