SINGLE SERVE PROTEIN CHEESECAKE

I like easy food. Especially easy desserts. And throw in some protein benefits, keep it free of refined sugar, and you are set up to have a fun night.

This is my favorite high protein, no bake cheesecake. Takes seconds to put together, and is much cleaner than any other version I’ve seen.

It’s measured out for a single serving. So double it if you have a dessert partner nearby. You won’t want to share 😉

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cream cheese

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides or your fav protein powder

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp grassfed butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a cute bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and vanilla.

  2. Add Coconut sugar and collagen (or protein powder) 

  3. Top with graham cracker crumbs, and pour melted butter on top.

  4. Place in the fridge to set for about an hour.
