PEACHY PROTEIN BOWL
The easiest, summertime high protein snack.
Ingredients
1 peach
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Wash and dry peach, then freeze for a couple hours or overnight in your freezer.
scoop cottage cheese on bowl or plate.
using a grater, grate frozen peach over your cottage cheese.
top with balsamic vinegar, if desired.
