PEACHY PROTEIN BOWL

The easiest, summertime high protein snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 peach

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry peach, then freeze for a couple hours or overnight in your freezer.

  2. scoop cottage cheese on bowl or plate.

  3. using a grater, grate frozen peach over your cottage cheese.

  4. top with balsamic vinegar, if desired.
