GLUTEN FREE, RAW COOKIE DOUGH

Baking cookies is all about eating the dough, right? So why not cut to the chase and make cookie dough that’s edible raw, and let’s add protein, keep it free of gluten and refined sugar!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Oat flour

  • ¼ cup unflavored collagen

  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup almond milk

  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ½ cup dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil in microwave.

  2. Mix in almond milk and vanilla.

  3. Add in all dry ingredients except chocolate chips and mix.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. place in the fridge to set for about an hour (or the freezer for 30 minutes). Enjoy!
