blueberry spinach smoothie
Ingredients
1 banana
handful of spinach
1 cup blueberries
½ inch piece of fresh ginger
½ teaspoon chia seeds
pinch of blue spirulina (for color and added benefits, optional)
½ cup milk (I use almond, or try coconut for a richer taste and creamier mouthfeel)
ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or nutribullet and blend until smooth.
Enjoy immediately!
