CHOCOLATE SANDWICH COOKIES

The best tasting healthy  chocolatesandwich  cookie you’re going to find. So good, in fact, that we should just jump right to it!


CHOCOLATE SANDWICH COOKIES

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • ¼ cup maple syrup (or honey)

  • dark chocolate squares

MAKE IT

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine almond flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix.

  2. Roll 1 tablespoon sized balls and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  3. Using a fork, press down slightly to form a cross pattern (classic for peanut butter cookies)

  4. Press one square of chocolate into each cookie.

  5. Bake for 9 minutes.

  6. To make into a sandwich, press 2 cookies together softly. ENJOY 🙂
