WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 ripe banana
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup raisins
MAKE IT
- In a bowl, mash banana add in almond butter and mix to combine.
- Add in cinnamon, oats, and raisins. Mix again.
- Set in the fridge for about 30 min while the oven heats up to 350F.
- Using a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop out cookie dough into desired size, I used an ice cream scoop. And press the cookies down to flatten them.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes. Enjoy!
