BANANA COCONUT CAKE

This Banana Coconut Cake is high in protein, gluten and refined sugar free, couldnโ€™t be easier to make, and dirties up ONE DISH ONLY!

Itโ€™s meal prep friendly. And I canโ€™t tell you how helpful it is to have a high protein sweet treat on hand during my busy days, it really does save me!

This cake is so simple to put together, grab a box of your fav pancake mix (I use Simple Mills bc itโ€™s gluten free and high in protein) and whip this up practically with your eyes closed.
