What could be more classic? All you need is a glass of wine!
This is an easy recipe for chocolate covered strawberries, with an extra touch of delicious coconut flakes.
Honestly it tastes better than store bought versions, and at a fraction of the cost!
Ingredients

1 carton strawberries, washed and dried

1 bar of dark chocolate, melted

handful of coconut flakes
Instructions

Melt dark chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and if it still needs more, melt in 10 second incrimets until fully melted. (Don’t over melt, it will mess with the texture and sieze up!)

Arranfe strawberries on a parchment line baking sheet, and drizzle chocolate on top with a fork.

Sprinkle coconut flakes on top

Place in freezer to set. Enjoy right away!
